Dry Needling

Dry needling is effective for pain relief and muscle tension reduction. It targets trigger points in muscles, relaxing tight muscles and promoting healing. Additionally, dry needling stimulates the nervous system, which can reduce pain perception. Sessions are typically quick and can be easily integrated with other therapies, making it a convenient option for patients.

Matthew Squires

Matt is passionate about improving the lives of locals.

Matt has 14 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, and enjoys the challenge of complex cases.

After becoming a father himself, Matt quickly developed a range of skills to keep younger patients engaged and on-track!

Before starting 1 Up, Matt enjoyed management roles overseeing dozens of Allied Health professionals. He has worked extensively with people with a disability, older people, and has also worked with sporting teams.

Matt has a personal love for the outdoors and continuously signs up for running, cycling, and swimming events.

Matt lives near Frankston, and travels all over the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's South-East suburbs to deliver services to very happy clients, many of whom choose to stick with Matt for years.
